Cookies are the new cupcakes which replaced sheet cakes a couple of years back. Bakeries are going crazy with dozens of cookie cutter sets in different shapes and sizes all ready to roll out the dough and then cut out the cookies, bake them and then decorate them according to what the cookie represents.
