Tampa Bay hairA Tampa Bay hair care salon claims that women should not wash their hair every day.  Many women reading this think that that is a ridiculous statement because they go to the gym and work out or they run or jog or do countless other things that make their hair dirty but the proof is women in Europe and other countries who go two to three days without washing their hair.  These women have amazingly healthy and sexy-looking hair.

The reason for this healthy-looking hair, even from not being washed every day, is because the natural scalp oils narration and coat each strand of their hair.  If you feel your hair is dirty every day you can rinse it off and then use mild products; however don’t use shampoo every day, which strips the strands of hair of their natural oils.

If you give your hair a break from shampooing, especially if you have Tampa highlights, it will certainly dry out less often and will require much less conditioner.  Using leave in conditioner’s on days you do not wash your hair will give your hair just the right amount of moisture it needs to stay soft plus it adds a bit of texture and hold to your hairstyle.

If you must haves in your cabinet is dry shampoo, use it to absorb excess oil when you’ve gone a few extra days between hair washings; or use it to give some fine or thinning hair some oomph, simply apply to the roots and then comb through the rest of your hair.

It used to be that elastic hair bands were all you could find, but today, manufacturers are making them without the metal clip which is great because those tiny metal clips literally rip your hair out.

The first thing someone needs when using a new product for their hair is an education.  Remember to take baby steps and use new hair products sparingly because you can always add more but taking away means you need to start over with a clean head.
